APM WebTop remove empty url field

Does anyone know how to remove the empty URL field that is on the default full webtop after you login via APM? The text in this field say "Enter an internal resource".   I've already gone in to cu...

Also, do the same to remove the HELP icon on the webtop

 

under, divwebtop_toolbar .right add, visibility:hidden;
