APM VPN - BIG IP Edge client

Hi,

 

I done upgrade from 11.4.1 to 11.6.0 and latest HF. All clients with windows 8.1 get update on BIG IP Edge client, but I have one user on Windows XP, and I am not able to install/update new client on XP. When I try through portal access There is message Downloading required files... and after that, popup window just close himself. On APM logs I see normal traffic and "normal" logout request for this user.

 

Also, virtualized remote desktop works fine on Firefox version v39, on windows 8.1 and windows XP, but this edge client makes me very angry.
