[APM] cli command to check list of url's being whitelisted

try this :
tmsh list sys url-db
tmsh list sys url-db url-category <name> urls

Can you help me with the command to filter url along with it it provide me information of display name or description in 1-2 lines. ( reason we have 100+ urls added and many have many category ,so we can find the url but difficult to find out the url used in which category )
