Allow traffic from mobile application but refuse browser traffic.

My application developer has rich UI content that is delivered internally to all users. He needs mobile users to be able to access this content only from a vendor supplied mobile application on the users mobile devices. He would like all browser traffic denied at the externally facing F5. He has supplied the application requests that are to be forwarded and I believe I can handle this with a simple iRule statement redirect, but I am unsure how to block browser based traffic. Please help.
