After install blade, the guests lost admin/root password

Hi,

 

can anyone, help me? We have installed a blade and after it UP, the passwords of Admin and ROOT dont accepted more. Was opened a ticket to reset the passwd but we dont find the root cause for this problem. This continue happening, because after 2 days the passwd didn't work. The version here is 11.5.3 any idea?

    Hi,

     

    if your password changes unexpectedly. at least it does not work after a certain time it must clearly refer to F5.

     

    but suddenly your entire chassis is no longer reachable (pwd don't work), because the password is generic for the whole HOST (so you confirm that pwd don't work on all host...).

     

    More in HOST GUI go to "System ›› Clusters ›› Properties", can you confirm that you see your both blade Green and active...
