Hi,

 

if your password changes unexpectedly. at least it does not work after a certain time it must clearly refer to F5.

 

but suddenly your entire chassis is no longer reachable (pwd don't work), because the password is generic for the whole HOST (so you confirm that pwd don't work on all host...).

 

More in HOST GUI go to "System ›› Clusters ›› Properties", can you confirm that you see your both blade Green and active...
