90 Big-IP VE reinstall after computer crash

Hi my computer crashed and I didn't download and save my 90 day BigIP VE trail license(license is only less than 2 weeks old). After re-installation, when I try to activate the license with the new Dossier, it fails. What are my options?

    Have you tried raising a support call to get your license reset? Normally F5 support are pretty good about that sort of thing.
