Yahoo mail issue due edns

From last 2 month we are facing Yahoo mail issue .we can't receive Yahoo mail to our domain, same was reported to Yahoo .

Yahoo support reported that our domain edns1 is time out.

Currently our F5 was running on 11.5.1 version and as per article ..edns work around is available in 11.5.8,

So we update F5 version to 11.5.8. but still

We  didn't get prefer client subnet check tab.

Kindly suggest work around for edns on version 11.5.8

Thank you

  • Hi vishu_chavan,

I have a couple of ideas that you might need to check. Are you using ZoneRunner (Local BIND) at all, or is all of your DNS traffic just going to Wide-IPs? Do you get positive results from the ISC genreport tool or the ISC EDNS compliance test website? https://ednscomp.isc.org/

I'll assume you saw the relevant KB, but i'll paste it here: https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K07808381

Unfortunately the 11.x branch is quite old, is there any possibility of upgrading to a later version?

    Thanks,
    Josh
