Is there a way to migrate a vCMP guest off to a new host?

You can try to move the VM machine -> https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_ltm/manuals/product/vcmp-administration-viprion-12-1...

Also, you can create a new VM in another host and move the configuration from the initial device using an UCS file (export, import).
