Unable to access the VIP using Chrome and Firefox, IE works.

Team, we are unable to access one of our VIP name using Chrome and Firefox, IE 8 and IE 11 works fine.

 

Accessing VIP through Chrome or Firefox throws out an error saying “SOAP Response Version Mismatch” but accessing the internal server directly works fine using any browser.

 

We are using version BIG-IP 10.2.4 Build 847.0 Hotfix HF8.

    Odd, SOAP relates to Web Services, not an error you'd typically see if you are using a browser. Are you trying to use a browser to make a SOAP call?
