SOTI MobiControl port 5494

Hi!  My organization is struggling to implement the SOTI MobiControl MDM solution running through the f5 WAF.  The necessary HTTPS traffic is configured and working properly.   Our issue is configuring port 5494 for their "deployment server" connections.   Traffic is coming into the server, but devices will not enroll.  

Is anyone familiar with this configuration?

Current Configuration's Error: Deployment server external connection test.  xxx:5494 failed.  Primary address exception: The handshake failed due to an unexpected packet format.

    Hi,

    The application is expecting to receive the IP Addr of each mobile device? if you have configured automap the server is looking only at the IP of the Self-IP in the network of the server, so you could try to use an xforwarder-for if your application allows it, or use the F5 as the default gateway to disabled automap.
