some services was changed after updated from 11.5.3 to 13.1.1.3

I updated a BIG-IP GTM from 11.5.3 to 13.1.1.3. After updated, I compared results of "tmsh show sys service". I found some differences as below: diskevent (it was not shown in v13.1.1.3) iicr_eventd (it was added in v13.1.1.3)

Why is these service chaned? Can anyone know that?

If it not showing then No monitoring/logging of major disk errors are identified on your device.
