where would I find an iApp for SMTP? I want to send machine emails (syslogs, printer notifications, etc) to the F5 and have it send to O365 over dtls. is there such a thing?

You can download templates from below path. From here, you can download the iApp teamplate zip file and you will find all the templates under it including SMTP.
