“no profile information supplied for route” and problems after every new deployment in Openshift

I'm new in F5 so I'm sorry that my question and description of the problem are not precise.

I use F5 LTM which controls traffic Openshift. There is 10 application nodes and only on 3 are k8s-bigip-ctlr is that correct? Can it be source of some problems with this environment?

Second question is why when I just add more pods it works fast and F5 without any problems add new pods to pool but when I do new deployment then for 30-40 minutes new pods aren available because there is no new pool. How can I fix this? In logs of bigip-ctlr I see many lines of no profile information supplied for route [route name]. Which information should I provide to resolve this? F5 version it is 14+.
