McAfee virus Agent shows WmiAV installed

I am unable to get the ActiveX control to recognize some of my Mcafee users

 

However this is only happening for a handful of users all others are fine.

 

In the Prelogon Sequence logs it shows WmiAV

 

 

This is an example of when it does not work

 

Antivirus: WmiAV, Engine : , disabled, DBAge: unknown, LastScan: undefined

 

 

This is an example of when it does work

 

Antivirus: McAfeeAV, Engine : 5300, enabled, DBAge: 3, LastScan: 2008.12.04 15:55:36
