iApps template

Currently, we have ADFS 2016 set up and under iApps template Q - 'Which version of ADFS are you deploying?' it shows ADFS 3.0. As per this article - https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K17041, it does not show about ADFS 4.0 or the version which supports ADFS 2016. Last year, we migrated from 2012 to 2016 and iApps have been running fine, the template version we have is f5.microsoft_adfs.v1.0.0 right from the start. Is the software v14.1.0.6 compatible to this iapp template version or do we need to upgrade it? Also, we noticed for one of our iApps created application, it is showing some warning - Source Template has changed. Will it disappear upon making any configuration change under Reconfigure tab under iApps? Need to share the details of one of the iApps configured VS, what would the CLI command to get its output?

    The iApp hasn't been updated recently, the question is whether it still supports ADFS4.0/2016. If it's running fine then just stick with that. If not then see the deployment guide or work out the issue and deploy appropriately without the iApp.

    Regarding the yellow warning triangle, yes this will disappear if you reconfigure and redeploy the service.
