MVPI don't think any specific link will be available. Upgrade process is same in F5 Module.

CirrocumulusYep. I relicensed the device...uploaded and installed 13.1.3.4 iso from downloads.f5.com and booted into the new boot location. Just one upgrade...no installing 13.0 and then 13.1.3.4...just straight to 13.1.3.4.
These devices are 2000s and we followed the normal upgrade process.
CirrocumulusI was able to upgrade our BIG-IP DNS from 12.1.2.4 to 13.1.3.4 due to CVE-2020-5902 and everything has seemed to be fine.
NimbostratusIs it Direct Upgrade from 12.1.2.4 to 13.1.3.4 or have you upgrade do i need to upgrade first to Base version of 13.x
