How to Verify the MD5 checksum for the downloaded F5OS-A for R-series?

Hi Sir/Ma'am,

In the Iseries, we perform the verification of downloaded software file by using this article https://my.f5.com/manage/s/article/K8337.  

I would like to ask how I can also verify the F5OS-A when imported to the Host of Rseries. To test the integrity of the downloaded files.

Also, I believe md5sum command should be supported on rSeries just as it is on the BIG-IP
