How to fix invalid transaction id

• Hello all, i'm new on here i need some guide for fix problem, so i have a case problem i cannot connect to my f5, before this problem i can connected to my vpn but i dont know why become this error can someone help me how to fix it, thanks in advance.

@Naufal Have you tried clearing out your browser history and then attempting it again or even through a different browser? If you have any associated logs and configuration from the F5 that would be helpful as well.
