High CPU Utilization after upgrade to 12.1.2 from 11.5

We upgraded LTM from 11.5 to 12.1.1 (HF: 1.0.271) on 4200 box and soon after the upgrade we are witnessing high CPU utilization (on odd number CPUs: CPU 3, 5 and 7) because of which Configuration Utility GUI also gets restarted. Apart from Data and Control plane, there is another plane (called Analysis Plane) which is now showing up in the CPU Utilization which actually shoots up randomly thereby increasing the utilization of the CPUs or vice versa. While figuring it out, whenever pool statistics page is called up, it opens slowly and increases the utilization of Analysis Plane (and the CPUs). One way is to increase the tomcat memory by 20MB and keep on increasing till tomcat issue gets resolved (configuration utility) but my concern is the high CPU utilization when pool statistics are called up because we never faced this issue in 11.5.

Anyone can offer some help here based on the experience?
