Hi experts, I have a requirement to migrate an on-prem F5 configuration to a VE in the Azure VmWare Solution (AVS). We will be going with the BYOL deployment. What I am not sure is deploying to the AVS any different than in the regular Azure world? What kind of image am I downloading?
BIG-IP VE Deployment and Support in Azure VMware Solution. BIG-IP VE deployments of all supported versions is supported in Azure VMware Solution platform. There are no special considerations or requirements for deploying BIG-IP VE in Azure VMware Solution platform as the requirements are the same as in any ESX environment.
So you have to download the same image VE as for an ESX environment.
