F5 ICA Proxy with Wyse ThinOS

Hello,

 

We are experiencing an issue with Wyse ThinOS 8.4 and 8.5 clients (they use embedded Citrix Receiver for Linux) authenticating over the Internet to F5 ICA proxy to Storefront 3.12. We point them at the external URL and we see them authenticate to the F5 but then fail login at SF (should be passed thru from the F5).

 

Receiver for Web and HTML5 clients using the same setup authenticate and function fine. The same Wyse Thin Clients on the internal network authenticate fine directly to SF servers.

 

We used the F5 12x Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop Deployment wizard with APM Module for setup.

 

Hoping someone can point us in the right direction
