f5 APM SSO Issue with QlikSense or QlikView from Mobile Device

Hi, is anyone here has integrate f5 apm with QlikSense / QlikView when Web App is on HTTPS port 443 & Authentication is over HTTPs port 4244 ? 
The Web App redirects the client to port 4244 for authentication.
the SSO is working fine with windows authentication (NTLM) from PC, BUT from mobile it doesn't. Mobile gets to a web form.
My access policy is - Login Page (Split username) > Radius MFA Auth > SSO Cred Mapping > LDAP Query > Variable Assign (session.logon.last.username ---> expr {"[mcget {session.ldap.last.attr.actualdomain}]\\[mcget {session.logon.last.username}]"}.
Can anyone help with that ?
