F5 APM - AD Authent with my Application Server

Hello everybody, I post message because I have 1 problem with Basic Branch authent. I configure my Access Policy with a simple Configuration : HTTP 401 Response 5 Page Authent - AD Authent - AD Query, it's okay.

 

 

But after I am redirect on application serveur authent page :

 

And I would like that my user must be authentifiate, so I insert his login in SSO header : user:xxxx but it doesn't function, maybe I forget 1 thing I don't know. in debug mode on my browser web (Firefox) in request chain I just have user:"", so I think nothing is done.
