If it is not used, yes. It should not have any impact.
Check first if it is used in any SNAT translations.
And check where it is configured.

Thanks Mihaic, Do u have an exapme of how to delete it , just go to local traffic then NAT and then delete from there.

One way would be to use the GUI.
But you can also use the CLI (just use delete instead of create):
delete /ltm snatpool /Common/my_snatpool
