BigIP Apm Email Agent

Hi All,

 

i need to send emails by APM Email Agent object.

i have configured "SMTP Configuration" on the device level.

but email messges does not arrives.

what is wrong?

    The BIG-IP APM email agent does not send mail messages to unverified recipients.

    This issue occurs when all of the following conditions are met:

    • You have a BIG-IP APM access policy configured to send email messages.
    • A recipient's email server does not provide a 200 OK response to a verify (VRFY) request. FaceTime Android

    F5 Product Development has assigned ID 652146 to this issue. F5 has confirmed that this issue exists in the products listed in the Applies to (see versions) box, located in the upper-right corner of this article. K2200: Most recent versions of F5 software

      I have version 13.1 so probebly the bug id 652146 is not an isuue ...

  • i could be that, or something else.

     

    easiest it to test with your own email server, can you see it arrive there?
