am fairly new to the BigIP need to define the test cases to be done on BigIP as pert setup project . Any test cases model or templets.

I would advise to go through the training materials, your question is very vague.

There's so many types of deployments & concepts in GTM, not sure if you are planning to built new setups (which itself would require defining DC, Servers, VS, Pools, Prober monitors, Iquery, WIP's etc etc)
