Add CPU to F5 virtual machine

Hi to all,

I have to add a CPU to a F5 Virtual Machine, can I add from edit settings? Have I to restart VM? Have I to reload any configuration?

Hello,

I think you need to shutdown the VM and edit the VM settings and then run the F5 VM again. you can take backup file along with the master key before going through this task, also run #save sys config on the cli to ensure that any changes that have been done on the CLI is saved.

I recommend shutting down the F5 by running shutdown command instead of shutting down from the hyper visor it self, to avoid any issues.
