Add APM to Exchange 2010 iApp deployment

Is there a guide on adding APM to the iApp deployment for Exchange?   Currently I'm configured for LTM only, I have an external and an internal deployment. Should I reconfigure the external setup ...

I have it - I had selected ltm and apm on separate Big-IPs, which doesn't apply to my environment. Once I corrected that, all my questions are gone.
