Great show @Joel_Moses! I recall learning about generalist vs specialist in an early college biology class. When they said that Cheetahs (specialists) are particularly susceptible to going extinct *because of* their specialist status and lack of gene diversity...well it stuck with me. And I loved your conceptual addition of "creating linkages" between specialties (products, teams, etc) to still be practical in the workplace - adding value as a generalist. #GreatAdvice
I really enjoyed watching this show. We've been so lucky to have someone like Joel participating in our user community, and it is always great to see him visit from time to time (this show, dropping in on MVP sessions, etc).
