Can someone please let me know the exact relevance of self Ips and floating self Ips

Not sure what you are really asking for, but almost anything is described here

In simple words, self IP belongs to the device while floating belongs to the traffic group and only the active node is using it.

Want to ask one more question when BIG-IP updates their content updates  which IP address is going to be used for outgoing traffic. Self ip address right

You have also the option to define management routes, so specific services can use management interface.
