@Brian, which VMware platform? Assuming ESX/ESXi, just add the nics (vmxnet3 for TMOS v10.2+) into the appropriate vlans and you should be good to go. internal vs external is really just an idea, the BIG-IP doesn't differentiate like a network firewall.
