I do remember! That was one of the lonnnngggest reviews I conducted - partially because of the network config issue that only showed up when the pipe was flooded. Thank goodness our mutual competitor had a tool to ferret that out :-).
Many many apologies, I will fix the reference above. I will also shame-facedly admit that every time this conversation comes up, Lori has to remind me it was Packeteer, not Expand, for some reason I always get it wrong.
