Zone Transfer from DNS Express to BIG-IP Bind Server

Dears,

 

Is there any way that we perform a zone transfer from DNS Express to local BIND in BIG-IP?

 

(We need this because we cannot do a zone transfer from DNS Express to external DNS Clinet (InfoBlox) when the Zones are unavailable (Primary Name Server from where we have done the zone transfer in DNS Express in down).. So, we are planning to do a Zone transfer from DNS Express to local Bind and from local bind to external DNS Server)
