Zone Runner not reponding and the page is not being displayed

Hi,

 

 

I am trying to find the reason for a current issue which we are facing. We created some zone in the GTM 9.3.1 and it was working good. After some time the Zone runner tab was not working abd the page is not getting displayed. We noticed the CPU utlization has increased a lot and has not reduced.

 

 

After 45 min the CPU in the redundant pair also increase. Now in both the boxes the zone runner page is not being displayed.

 

 

The lookup for the current site is working good.

    The namedb and zrd services were restarted and also the box was restarted and still the same. Has any one came accross such suitvation??

    Hi Raj, this isn't really a performance testing question, so this probably isn't the right forum. If you're having a problem where the GUI stops working that sound like it's probably a bug (or the box it totally maxed out) -- I definitely suggest opening a support case to help troubleshoot this. Good luck!
