write to ms sql when the web serivce downed

Because I use script function in bigip, I want to use following rule.

 

Usually, function that do fowarding by mail if when check server daemon or node, daemon or node dies has appeared to tech site.

 

In our BIGIP similarly with this function ms sql of db server on specification table to ms sql through db interface when fail happened during check failed done contents write to be done function whether i know want to have number of embodiment percent embody.
