Windows 8.1 and 10 Error: Network Access Connection Device not Found
Hi everyone!
I have the same issue in diferent Windows S.O ( 8.1 and 10). When the user did the connection in automatic was close it and show the message "Network Access Connection Device not Found", I found the SOL15453 https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/15000/400/sol15453.html?sr=46895078 but It doesn't work.
With the report of Client Troubleshooting Utility for Windows, I found that "VPN Service Adapter service not register" I don't know what to do to solve it, someone knows what I need to do?

Seems to be an issue during EDGE installation.
Try :
- Unistall edge
- Reboot
- Disable Antivirus
- Install EDGE component as administrator
- Run as Administrator EDGE install
If you can, add EDGE as a whitelist in Antivirus

You have the latest release. Should work on 8.1. On 10, not that sure, may work but not supported.
Windows 10 support on HF5 is for VPE client OS type.
"APM now supports out-of-the-box detection of Windows 10 in visual policy editor action items, such as, Client OS and Client Type"
