Wildcard standard virtual server and wildcard forwarding IP virtual server behaviour

Does a standard virtual server with wildcard IP and any port with pool member any added to it behave same as forwarding ip virtual server.

Forward IP is only handled in layer4 You can not use layer7 facilitys
