Where do I get the diskinit and image2disk utility from???

I have an F5 1500 with a new hard drive and I was looking to format it and then run the image2disk on it. But not sure where I get those utilities from. Can someone tell me where.Can someone help me ...

Actually before I get to that step I connected to the F5 through the mgmt IP with Winscp but I can't seem to login. I tried the root/default and admin/admin with no luck. Anyone know how I can reset the username and password for this F5. It also has a blank hard drive. Please help...
