Where can we download iControl Library for Java sdk?

I downloaded iControl API offline document but it is not for Java. Where can I find it?

    The iControl API is defined in a meta-format to theoretically support all the development toolkits that will consume our exposed WSDL definitions. Over the years we have provided reference libraries for Java, .Net, and PowerShell but those are just builds based on the WSDL files with a interface wrapper packaging them up. We provided an HTML version of our online documentation but found that it wasn't used and that our customers preferred an up-to-date version online so we moved to keeping our online version in the wiki the primary source for API references.
