Have you taken a look at What are the minimum and maximum values for Virtual Disk Size when creating and configuring BIG-IP tenants on rSeries? That may be what you need to assist in answering your question. If not I can see if we have any additional information that may be helpful.

Under the Additional Information on Overview of the BIG-IP tenant image types gives you the steps for Identifying the virtual disk size from an image file. I also reached out to one of our F5OS engineers to see if I could get any additional information on how to see the virtual disk size and was provided with Deploying an rSeries BIG-IP Tenant.
