MVPDevice in GSLB server should be load balancer/proxy node.
And icmp/ping is usually blocked by firewalls by default so you need to ensure that F5's self ip, which is source of f5 health monitor traffic, can ping to the gslb device.
DenverFUI can ping to the gslb device from the source of f5 health monitor successfully.
