What is QKView?
Anybody can explain to me what is QKVIEW? I went to ihealth website and got an uploaded QKVIEW file. I mean, I didn't upload anything. It just automatically uploaded something and it showing me high issues found. What is it all about?
I don't have F5 appliance yet. And I would like to know how do I integrate it in F5 appliance.
Thanks!

Hi,
Look at article:
K12878: Generating diagnostic data using the qkview utility
The qkview file is a tool that collects configuration and diagnostic data on a F5 appliance. If you open a support case with F5, this is data is needed.
But it is also a great tool for reviewing your configuration because it shows you which known issues there are on your software version and what you can do to improve and fine-tune your configuration.
Good luck, Martijn.

Yeah.. i just tried it.. But is there any option for offline? I mean, would it be risky because you are submitting the config of your network in the internet...

You need to upload the qkview file to iHealt if you want to view any known issues or configuration issues. It is not possible to do this offline.
I understand some customers do not want to upload configuration files to vendors or the security policy does not allow configuration files te leave the company.
This makes it harder for F5 Support to help with any issues on the F5 BIG-IP. The upload is via a secure channel and I am confident F5 handles this data with care.
