what is different db arp.reaptimeout and db arp.timeout

Hi guys   what is difference between db arp.reaptimeout and db arp.timeout?? I trying to find out relate to this documents but I can't find it   thanks

    sys db arp.reaptimeout »» for client-side

    sys db arp.timeout »» for server-side

     

    You can check it from Network  ››  ARP : Dynamic List
