Aug 14, 2016You're currently running 11.2.1 HF2, which was released in 2012. You should upgrade to the latest 11.2.1 release (currently HF16), and then plan to migrate to 11.5.x or later, as you are missing literally thousands of bug fixes in your current code.
I strongly suggest you open a support case, or at least upload a qkview to https://ihealth.f5.com/, and look through the automated diagnostics. I suspect you're probably hitting a 208.5 day uptime linux kernel bug ( see SOL14099 ), which is fixed in 11.2.1 HF4 or later.
