Hi Pradeep,
If I understand the question correctly, our iControl API documentation would be a great place to start.
Drill down into whatever module you are interested in for your objective. You can also check out our Code Share section for actual examples.

If I may add, there is both a wealth of information to get, and an abundance of ways to get it. Here are just a few of the more popular data collection possibilities:
-
Syslog - the product modules (LTM, APM, GTM, etc.) natively log important information to syslog. You can customize syslog to send data off-box, customize what you send, and even how fast you can send it (high speed logging). You can also arbitrarily send information to syslog via iRules and monitor scripts.
-
SNMP - there are several hundred SNMP OIDs for both hardware and software modules. All of this data is consumable by third party analysis tools, as is the syslog data.
-
Stats/iStats - these are really interesting ways to communicate specific statistical information about data flow that can be read/written from/to both the data plane and the management plane.
-
iRules - important enough to mention twice, iRules can fire off syslog messages for any arbitrary information (requests, responses, stats, errors, anything). You can use iRules to trigger management plane processes like SMTP alerts, and pretty much anything else you can imagine.
-
iControls - an iControl would be used to collect this rich information off-box. For example, if you had a custom reporting tool, you could use an iControl to both collect the data (could also use syslog and SNMP), and also to modify the BIG-IP configuration.
-
AVR - application visibility and reporting is a licensed module that allows you to easily collect and report on many aspects of data plane performance. For example, you can collect and show a graph of client side requests (per URI), and page load time.
-
Enterprise Manager - a separate product altogether, EM manages large numbers of BIG-IPs. It can both write configuration information to, as well as collect information from (stats, logs, SNMP, etc.) many BIG-IPs.
