Waiting for response from lab license request?

How long does it usually take to hear back from someone regarding a lab license request? I think it's going on about 2 weeks for me. :-(

Hi, I have the same issue. There is a request form: https://f5.com/products/trials/product-trials -> click on "Request a BIG-IP evaluation license". There is only message that the form is completed. No response / confirmation e-mail , no request ID , nothing. How could we check the status of our request?
