NimbostratusVS access issue when remote logging server becomes unavailable
Hi All, This forum have been always helpful and I hope, as earlier, this time too I would get a solution :). I will try to explain my issue below:-
I am running with VIPRION single Blade 2100 version 11.3.0 HF7. ASM is enabled and TCP Remote logging profile is applied to interested VIP's. I have observed that when my remote logging server becomes unavailable, F5-ASM is not able to write logs to it, apparently it takes down the applications hosted over LTM. VIP's Pool members are all UP. but the application isn't accessible/available. So here we have a dependency on the remote server, if it goes down, it takes down all the prod apps. Can anyone comment/help me on this issue.

aniketgadkari_1Thank you Kevin for prompt reply. Partly the link talks about the issue faced. I am not sure if memory leak is the cause of the issue, as qkview and asm qkview is shared with F5 multiple times and they havent addressed it.
Yes, when my connection with logging server is lost for a considerable period, applications go inaccessible. The box CPU and Memory is okay and it does not failover.
I think this issue is one of its kind and new to party :) Any further suggestions would help...
