VPN Web logon Page - Connection was reset

Hi, Our F5 VPN web logon repository is suddenly not responding: https://vpn.mdx.ac.uk -> Before it showed username and password to get to the webtop and donwload files, now the Web Browser is showing: Hmmm… can't reach this page The connection was reset.

 

 

 

Any ideas why this happening and what can I do?

    check the apm logs and take tcpdump for the vip to see what's happening. If needed, you can restart apmd daemon to see if that makes any diffrence.

     

    Since, this is production config running issue F5 support team would also help much faster.
