Need some help with VLAN on F5. I am fairly new to this product any help would be appreciated.
We have four VLAN across the four F5 interfaces. vlan1 for interface one is used for external to go out to the world. Cuttenly vlan2 and vlan3 work well by going out through vlan1. inorder for that to work any to any virtual server was placed. now i created a new vlan4 and nodes in that cannot go out through vlan1. it can reach vlan2 and vlan3 though.
the new vlan was added to the the any to any virtual server as well. the self IPs and floating are inplace as well.
all the vlan are on seperate subnets
any ideas or thoughts?
hope i am making sense..
Thanks

Is the wildcard virtual server enabled on vlan4? If so, the requests originating from vlan4 should be sent in the same way as vlans 2 and 3. If it's not working, can you post the relevant portions of your bigip.conf (obfuscating the network of the ip addresses if necessary)? - Hobsons_APAC_-_

its a forwarding ip virtual server not a wild card virtual server and the new vlan has been added to it. Does the F5 require rebooting? - Hobsons_APAC_-_

I think we figured out the problem. will be testing it soon
